Is there a way to unlock my iPod touch 3gs?
I know you can unlock the iPhone 3gs with 3. 1. 2 firmware
but can you do it on ipod touch?
mine is already jailbroken, but can i unlock it? and what happens if i try? will it brick like a psp?
I thought unlock meant i wouldn't have to keep booting with blackra1n?

Unlock means to be able to use with another carrier. ipod touch doesn’t have a carrier so no you can’t unlock it.

If it’s jailbroken, doesn’t it mean that it is unlocked? I thought unlocking an iPhone just meant that it didn’t have to be under an AT&T contract to work, which doesn’t matter as far as the iPod goes. I think if you have it jailbroken, you’re getting all you can get out of it.
