    Yes, you can.
    The only trouble you may have is using Visual Voicemail.

    yes you can, provided that you have data service on your plan or have wifi available to connect to.

    as stated by previous answer – at&t specific features like the visual voicemail and any others will not be available.

    yes, you can use Internet and most of the iPhone functions even it is unlocked iPhone
