Will a magnetic BlackBerry case ruin my 2G iPhone?
I recently came across a really nice BlackBerry case. It looks like it should work really nicely for my iPhone (2G), but I am worried that the fairly-strong magnet on the case could ruin my phone. I've read about how iPhone-busting magnetic cases are coincidences, but I'm still uneasy. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

I had the same question so i went to the ATT store in my area and i was told by the rep there that the magnet will affect the iphone so my advice from them to me to you is to say away from a magnetic case. Hope this was help full to you

Ya I wouldn’t have a magnetic case near any complex piece of digital equipment, it is almost always a bad idea. . . The good news is there are some great non-magnetic cases for the iPhone. I got my case here: http://www. inspiretech. com/c-85-iphone-3g-accessories. aspx and it’s worked out pretty well for me! They’re way cheaper than Apple’s prices too!
